Do we need to be home for our estimate?

The majority of the time, you do not need to be home.  For most jobs, we can provide a quick and easy estimate based off the information available on GOOGLE MAPS!

How much does your services cost?

We provide free estimates. Our prices are based on the following: Square footage of the surface, number of stories, accessibility, and the time & materials needed to perform the work.

What is your method of cleaning?

We treat your exterior surfaces with an exterior soft washing high flow method that eliminates mold, mildew, algae, and all other organic growth with the use of a 100% Biodegradable & Eco-Friendly Solution that will extend the life of your exterior surfaces and not cause damage by applying high pressure to sensitive surfaces.

Do I need to remove items from against my property and move vehicles off the driveway?

Accepted Answer

We would prefer to have access to the exterior of the property when we arrive. Please move all objects 2-3 feet away and vehicles out of the driveway if you are getting a driveway restoration cleaning. Also, removing vehicles from the driveway for our truck and trailer to get in and out without objects is a big help.

Do we need to be present when you clean the property?

No, you do not have to be there,we pride ourselves in level of trust and integrity we provide to our clients. We do however like to ask that you try to be there upon finishing the project to do a walk around with you to make sure there are no questions or concerns you may have before we load up leave.

What if its supposed to rain/snow or bad weather is coming during my appointment time?

The weather changes so often in NY that we like to keep scheduled appointments up until the day before considering rescheduling. We can still perform our services in light to moderate rain/snow. If the weather does not permit us to keep our appointment, we will reschedule for the next business day if possible.

How do you project the interior of my home from dirt and water stains?

We treat your home like it is our own. We do our best to recognize damages that or seals that may be worn that could cause any water to leak and take precautions to tape off or seal the area to prevent water from entering unwanted areas. We also use rubber stand off stabilizers on our ladders to protect your gutters and siding from getting damaged.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied, simply let us know and we will come back and fix the problem. We make it our priority to exceed your expectations. We want to earn loyal, lifetime customers who are confident in referring us to family and friends.

Question 9

How often should I have my house soft washed?

Accepted Answer

With soft washing, your siding should stay free and clear of algae for a minimum of 2 years if not longer. Traditional pressure washers usually have to clean the siding every season because the underlying root system is not being killed off.
